Well done Isaac a strongly proficient response with appropriate examples to support your points.
You could add audience feedback. Upload your film onto a social network site and ask friends for opinions. This would raise your grade from a B/A grade to an A grade. This would also be useful for informing your final edit.
Take out objectified images of woman from Basic Instinct, Gilda and Swimming Pool and instead upload images of female characters in contemporary thrillers who do not rely on their sexuality but on their determination and brains.
Question 5 Appeal: For young female audiences and this may be best for Question 5 who are fed up with cheesy hyper sexualised/objectified untruthful representations of female characters and can identify with more realistic representations. Such as.....
For example screen shots of the female MI5 officer in the Night Manager played by Olivia Colman a Norwich girl!)
The new ITV noir thriller Marcella, look for images of Anna Friel who plays Marcella a troubled detective and wears a parka coat! This drama has just come on TV so you will be very up to date if you watch this, you may be able to view on your computer and get screen shots.
Also the film "Fish Tank" about a deviant teenage girl who has a very dark side. Either watch, read reviews and upload images.
You could add that these representations are authentic and indicate a progressive attitude to gender.
A great improvement to Qu 4 but please take out the objectified images which are unlikely to appeal to female audiences who are aspirational.
